Terms of Service
Welcome to TundraTier Gardens. We're thrilled to help you turn your urban space into a thriving garden! By using our platform or ordering our automated care systems, you're agreeing to these rules. Ready to dig in?
Service Limitations
Our vertical garden designs are living art. While our automated hydroponic systems are state-of-the-art, plant health depends on your local New York environment. We don't guarantee that every seed will sprout if your cat decides the garden is a new snack bar.
Payment & Installations
For custom vertical garden installations at your site, we require a 50% deposit to secure your botanical architect's time. Full payment is due within 14 days of the final plant being tucked into its new home. Late fees? We'd rather not, but they apply after 30 days.
Liability
TundraTier Gardens isn't liable for any water damage resulting from improper maintenance of the reservoirs or modifications made by third parties. Our consulting advice is based on 17 years of urban farming expertise, but nature occasionally has its own plans. Doesn't it?
